Go to the Leads tab -> Click Active leads tab -> Click on three dots(available at leads card at right corner) -> click archive(Option is available, if you have delete access) -> the lead will be inactive.
Or
Click the Add new(top of the app) -> click add Lead -> You will add your Lead.
